When you have decided what items you want please shop with your shopping cart,and submit the order, following shopping steps.

We accept wire transfer, PayPal.
There is a special place to insert comments while ordering . Please don’t forget your contact details, address , etc..
Please be aware that Shipping charges not yet configured and they will be added Manually.We will advise you of the best, fastest and cheapest way to get the goods. If you have any comments, please email us. All charges will be in Euros only, Even if the site shows other currencies. Please check with Online currency converter in order to get prices in your local currency.
BACK ORDERS
Our policy is "No charging- No Back orders" for goods that are not in stock. We can notify you when the items are back in stock. If meanwhile you decide you do not want the product, or you decided to purchase it elsewhere, thereis no problem. Having some products out of stock is a normal meaning of business, and sometimes we also dependable on other suppliers.

SHIPPING -Please Read !
Default shipping method is Air mail, Bigger packages (>2kg) will be sent worldwide by Registered Courier If no other instructions are given regarding the Shipping, we will ship it Air Mail, or with a European courier (In Europe). Air mail is the cheapest option, but there is no tracking provided. By Sending this way HeliTec will not take any responsibility of lost or damaged goods. If the Value of the package is Higher then 200 eur, or per customer demand, we will send it registered Air mail , but then the costs are higher.We will send the way the customer choose. At the time of the purchase, Shipping is not calculated, and will be added depending on Size/Weight/Destination. If you have any preferences at the time of purchase, please advise in the order comments.Please note - Registered mail takes more time to arrive due the registration process, on the other hand, non registered packages are impossible to trace, you can make your decision based on Value of the package. Registered shipment cost more then non registered.
RETURNING GOODS
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from HeliTec within 7 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in NEW and unused condition and in its ORIGINAL packaging. Mounting and running blades on a model is some example of what constitutes used merchandise.
Reimbursements : In case of any return of goods ( Must be agreed in advance) we will refund the payment with the Following exceptions:
1- Restocking Fee , May vary between 15-50% , please consult before return.
2- If paid with Credit card or Paypal, the transaction fee +/- 3.5% will be subtracted .
3- Shipping fees- will be subtracted from the total.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS & WARRANTY
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition.Used, defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to themanufacturer’s warranty and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange , however, we suggest that you E-Mail us before taking any action. HeliTec have no responsibility for Parts produced by Other certified Manufacturer.
DAMAGED GOODS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please E-Mail us immediately, it is hard to claim for any damages after the package was signed / received. Save all packaging material and paperwork, do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
